Questions

After all the hooplah and the grand staging of the post trial Rod Blagojevich show, there are some questions.  Rod Blagojevich is a convicted felon facing sentencing.  He is out on bond awaiting retrial of other charges.  Nothing was said about any new bond restrictions or controls on his activities.

As a convicted felon will he be allowed to travel the country with his one man circus show?  Is he under the control of the US Marshall’s Service, the BOP, or any other group?  Why was there no request for him to wear a monitoring bracelet?  Will he be confined to his home?  Will he be allowed to continually blast and debase the US Attorney’s Office, the FBI, space aliens, and all his other perceived enemies?  In effect, are there any controls on this convicted felon?  Doe he pose a flight risk now?  Is he a threat to the community?  None of this was addressed.

Or, as it appears, will he be allowed to go about his business as if he was vindicated of all charges and act free as a bird?  So, will some one answer the question?  Does this convicted felon get to act as if he were never convicted, with no control over his movements or his mouth?  Will someone finally exercise some sanity, be the adult, and finally control this criminal?
